The Basera Group has been the pioneer in Architecture, builder, valuer, Vastu shastra in Darbhanga Since 1983. Because of their good exemplary & excellent record. They were the first to get licence from D.R.D.A(Darbhanga Regional development authority). Basera Group has been the torch bearer in the field of architecture as it was the pioneer in giving construction account to the ancient vastu-sastra. Since than it has provided employment to engineers, architects, Jr. Engineers, Draughtsman etc. The Group has been the first valuer & pioneer in industrial planning leading to its Industrial registration by Govt. of Bihar. Basera group was the first to get registered by - DEPARTMENT OF INDUSTRIES

BASERA ENGINEERS
Basera group was the first to get D.R.D.A. Licence and Er. VIJAY KUMAR was the first to be the first Licensed civil Engineer of DARBHANGA Lic No- 01/85-86.
The Group has got vast experience in construction field, which can be visualized by the most eminent buildings and colonies which has been constructed by it and still in its full swing.

BASERA GROUP is the brain child of Engineer VIJAY KUMAR who is the product of B.Sc Engg.(CIVIL) B.I.T MESRA RANCHI. Er. VIJAY KUMAR gave his native a first ever gift of such a kind as before this no one was knowing the engineering importance of a building.He owes the idea of idea of modern construction with ancient consideration to his special interest in vastu shastra. The knowledge of which is being passed from generation to generation in his family. People living in th houses with vastu-dosham can also consult him for suggestion and improvements.
